Our Service Policy

At Rebel Clean out, we are committed to providing our clients with exceptional cleaning services while ensuring the safety of their homes and our employees. Our policies are designed to protect the interests of our clients, employees, and company. Please take the time to review our policies below:

  • Scheduling and Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cleaning cost.

  • Safety Policy

Our employees are trained to take precautions to ensure their safety and the safety of our clients’ homes. We do not allow smoking, eating, or drinking in our clients’ homes. We also require our employees to wear shoe covers to prevent the tracking of dirt and other contaminants into our clients’ homes.

  • Confidentiality Policy

We understand the importance of maintaining our clients’ privacy and confidentiality. We do not share any personal or confidential information about our clients with any third party without their consent.

  • Quality Control Policy

We take pride in the quality of our cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning appointment, and we will rectify the issue at no additional cost.

  • Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of service. We currently accept, Venmo, Zelle or Cash. If you have an outstanding balance, we reserve the right to refuse service until the balance is paid in full. 

  • Employee Conduct Policy

We expect our employees to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. Any behavior that is deemed inappropriate or disrespectful towards our clients will result in immediate termination.
